Helping Hands is a registered charity that was founded in 1994. It is based in the 5 communities of Rhymney, Pontlottyn, Abertysswg, Deri and Fochriw. We provide various services to help people in these communities. When someone is seriously ill they are unable to cope with endless forms and assessments; all they want is immediate help and that is our aim; to make the carer’s life easier and the patient’s life more comfortable.
